1. General provisions:
Regulations determine the terms and conditions of use of the on-line shop under the website name www.grailpoint.com, the owner of which is Paweł Sabarański, with its registered office in Warsaw (00-555) Koszykowa 20 Street; Tax ID:5361927347.
Purchases are made through the Internet, in a form of the remote agreements.
Condition of the products sold through the site is in the described for each product and visible in the pictures showing the specific item.
Acceptance of cookies files is required in order to make purchases through the www.grailpoint.com shop .
The customer is obliged to read the regulations of the shop. Ignorance of the regulations does not relieve the customer from compliance with the principles and provisions contained therein.
The customer making a purchase through www.prisma-store.com shop declares that he is familiar with its content, and accept it in the specified form.
2. Placing an Order:
After placing an order, the customer receives an e-mail confirmation and the order data along with the consignment number to track the shipment (courier).
Orders that do not contain all the information (name and surname, delivery address and phone number) will be cancelled.

There is a list of possible shipping costs and the customer should choose one.
The shipping cost is the same, regardless of the number of ordered items in the particular order.
3. Execution of orders and shipping:
All orders are executed on the next working day after the payment has been made.
Goods are sent though the FedEx/DPD/UPS courier depending on the country of destination.
In the event of circumstances preventing execution of complex order, the shop reserves the right to suspend the execution of the order, and it agrees to immediately notify the customer about such circumstances.
4. Replacements, returns and complaints:
According to the Act of 30 May 2014 on the consumer rights:
The customer has 14 days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return the product for any reason.
Goods, after giving prior notice to the e-mail address, should be sent to the following address: Grail Point, Koszykowa 20, 00-555 Warsaw, Poland
Refund, together with the value of the cheapest delivery option, shall take place within the period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the returned goods and acceptance of their condition.
The customer shall bear the costs of return shipping.
The shop is obliged to return delivery costs equal to the cheapest option offered by the shop at the time of placing the order by the customer within 14 days of delivery of the returned goods.
The customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods.
Goods must be intact and contain price tags.
The original packaging is not required to accept the return.
The customer has no right to lodge a complaint if he is informed, before submitting an order, that the product is damaged.
The customer has 30 days for the submission of complaint, and the deliver y of the product along with proof of payment (receipt, confirmation of transfer or card statement) is required for the consideration of the complaint).
The shop has 14 days to consider the complaint.
5. Protection of personal data:
In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271) shall apply.
Personal data are collected by the shop in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Personal Data Protection dated 26.08.2002. Providing personal and address data is tantamount to a voluntary consent to data processing for marketing purposes exclusively by the shop.
